About WPSC

The Center is anchored by a 28,130-square-foot Education and Training Building and includes an array of scenario-specific resources designed to simulate, with crucial accuracy, the emergency situations first responders are likely to face.
The inclusion of both a five-story Drill Tower and a Class A Burn Building, provide firefighters with much-needed simulated and live fire training opportunities. A railroad car training area and propane fire props recreate the distinct challenges of hazardous materials and industrial accidents, while the site’s pumphouse and drafting pit allow for the efficient use full-flow water during exercises.
